APM PFQ Training is available online

The Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), developed by Associatoin for Project Management (APM), the chartered body for the project profession, offers a fundamental awareness of project management terminology. It is for those wishing to gain a broad understanding of the principles of the profession. No prior knowledge or experience is required for this qualification, which will offer the individual the knowledge to make a positive contribution to any project. 

The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, syllabus assesses the key elements of the project management life cycle and covers knowledge areas from the APM Body of Knowledge, including planning and scheduling, communication, teamwork, resource management, project risk management and project reviews.

This course will help individuals recognise the key aspects of a project and the importance of their role within it. The objectives will be supported and extended by engaging the delegates with an appropriate case study, providing the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the tools and techniques through use and experience.
